A complete re-design of BT Global Services' web site, consolidating over thirty international sites into one global presence.
The main objective of the project was to shift perception of the BT brand from a network vendor to a business partner that creates transformational solutions. We created a a thought leadership initiative online that forged a new communications model where all views are heard and represented in a conversation rather than a one-way monologue.
The secondary challenge of the project was representing a massive multi-national business to customers in a simple and straightforward way. To solve this, we allowed users to follow paths according to who they are and what they need.
We shot this video at Grand Central Station in NYC in one day, very guerrilla. You can do a lot with a small crew and a lot of determination. I'm in the video walking around with an umbrella.
